Wellbee is the best workout group in the area and I am super excited that they opened a new spin location right across the street from this location. All the coaches are amazing, you will never be bored, and the workouts are sooooo good. I also love their music mixes. 1000% You gotta try them out <3

I moved an hr away from the gym where I transformed my body (and self esteem). Since them, I've tried about 10+ gyms and nothing had the combo that I was looking for: group classes, focused community, good vibes. There was always something off.Find the right gym community is an investment in yourself! 💕I'm really glad I kept looking and found this place! I tried a two week trial via Groupon. I was a little confused during the first three classes on the exercise circuit rotation (even though I've been in a lot of bootcamp style gyms). I think maybe I had a new and shy instructor. BUT I decided to continue and most of the instructors are amazing coaches! Shout out to Dani, Taylor and Samantha! Sometimes you just need to know someone is happy you showed up especially when you aren't feeling it.MODIFICATION FRIENDLY WORKOUTSI've been wanting to work on building my strength and range of motion after a back injury (disc herniation). I spent two months in rehab and finally got rid of the pain, created stability in my back and was super anxious to get back to "normal" but really worried that group classes will limit my range of motion and cause injury again. LUCKILY, this place allowed me to always switch to my rehab exercises during the core exercises AND they're welcoming of the "knees over toes" workout philosophy. SO GRATEFUL FOR THIS! I also love that I can start off at the core workout station (instead of doing them at the end or middle of class). So that means I can kick off each class with my rehab exercises to keep reinforcing what I've been working on. And they also include bands and backwards walking in their workout which I love---to me that means they really appreciate your joints and tendons and try to keep exercises that help your body for the long term. Very thoughtful.COMMUNITYThe reason I love group fitness classes is because you get to see other people be amazing and get through the struggle. At this gym, you see people of ALL LEVELS doing the same exercises at the progression and intensity that works for them. It's inspiring and really awesome to be around other people who have the same goal: get in better shape. I also love that it's not a ton of socializing because we're all working in 20-60 second intervals at the same time so we stay focused and on task. And I always lean into the energy of the room (focused and supportive without saying a bunch).COACHESThey set the tone. Here, they're caring, welcoming and considerate. They cheer you on, watch your form and are cheerfully encouraging. If you don't believe in you, they'll believe in you. ☺️ I've had a lot of coaches push me too hard with heavy lifting and I've eventually gotten injured a few times due to messed up form because the progressive overload was too much too fast. What I love about these coaches is that they really encourage you to listen to your body and focus on form (even if you have to not use weights in order to get the form correct). I especially appreciate this because having seen (through rehab) that it doesn't take a lot of weight for your body to get strong. A huge difference can be made just with body weight. Not to mention the positive feedback of improving --even if it's little by little.SUMMARY:If you're looking for a supportive environment (whatever your fitness level and experience), I would highly recommend checking this place out. Love this gym! Coaches are knowledgeable, personable, and great motivators not to mention funny! Been going to Wellbee for years and watched them expand to different cities. They offer quality workouts, multiple scheduled workouts a day and the membership includes bootcamp, yoga, and spin. You really cant beat the deal and the community! Sam, Alicia, and Dani are rock star coaches

What a seriously great workout! The space is big, so lots of room to spread out and class totally flies by. So glad I found this gym. Thanks Samantha, Jessie and Alicia for making me feel so welcome.
