At Godspeed, I feel like part of a family. The coaches there are knowledgeable and encouraging. They make sure my form is correct when lifting and the workouts are always challenging and fun. The community is supportive and friendly.

An amazing experience. The staff, the facility, top notch. I highly recommend any interested in trying a new physical challenge, please try them out. My physical fitness life journey has been one I have traveled alone and today was nice to share space and sweat with like minded people.

I can only speak from my personal experience on the Active Life side. I found that I lost all of my fitness after being at this gym for a few months. I never felt like anyone cared about making improvements or listening to my concerns. I became extremely bored. Coaches have a quick turnaround!!

Crossfit style workouts sold as non crossfit workouts that can turn very monotonous. Trainers are very nice but there is a high turnover rate with them. The biggest issue is that you are locked into a one year contract, so I suggest you make sure you are going to be happy the whole time before signing up.
