I love rowing! I never knew that about myself before Orange Theory. I love the motivation from the coaches! Coach Sandra and Coach Kaylie are my favorite! They keep me motivated while making me laugh. They are great about goal setting and going after new PRs but still help me not take myself too seriously. It is such a positive and encouraging atmosphere. I love learning new exercises and feeling good when I master them!

The workouts at Orangetheory Fitness are always different. You will never have the same workout, especially if you alternate where you start your workout. It's great to just show up for class and follow the coach's instructions. It is truly a total body workout.

I have been loving Orange Theory! I am totally new to fitness so it’s been educational as well as a great workout. I love all the coaches I have had! Kaylie, Sara, Sandra, and Elizabeth are all excellent at what they do and are very encouraging. I can’t recommend OTF enough!!

It is a great place for a beginner to come in and feel comfortable. The coaches are energetic and so kind making it a wonderful atmosphere of positivity. The pace is set for the class but the intensity is up to you, making for a unique combination of guided freedom that was incredibly refreshing. I loved the feeling of being pushed but not pressured and am excited to continue on!

The coaches are very knowledgeable and friendly. They are extremely motivating without being pushy. I really appreciate the friendly environment of OTF. I love my gym in Huntsville and definitely recommend! The workouts are total body and I feel like a get an all-encompassing workout every time.

I have knee issues and was able to use the bike and glider instead of the treadmill and still be part of the group! The mix of cardio, with rowers and the weight room gives a great full-body work out that is accessible to every experience level. I LOVE getting the feed back from the heart monitor during the class and getting my workout summary after class. I appreciate the enthusiasm of the coaches, and the music during class. They are there to help without being overbearing. Overall a great experience!

I just want to start by saying the staff at OTF was absolutely amazing! They were welcoming and so encouraging. They were constantly checking in on me during my workout to see if I needed anything or had any questions. I never felt as if I were out of place.My coach for my session was wonderful as well! He provided feedback for me and was very thorough in showing me how to use the equipment. His song choices for the session were great and really made the workout more enjoyable. I have never really known the proper body mechanics of weight lifting and other such exercises because I was always “just a runner”. He gave me helpful feedback and tips to not injure myself and explained/demonstrated everything I needed.Over all I was very impressed with the staff and system y’all have going at OTF. The customer service, passion and dedication I have experienced with this company have surpassed my expectations! It makes it much more enticing to come in. Keep up the good work!
