I would give 0 stars if I could. It started off great and they were consistent. However after Covid they became less and less consistent. Then I was told the gym is closing but decided to continue with the program. I had to remind them we needed to schedule check ins. I would send information and it would take DAYS to get a response. I decided it was a waste of $50/week. Of course the payment was automatic and I was distracted by a terminally ill family member. I did make multiple requests for them to return the money and they flat out ignored them and said it wasn’t their fault and acted like the 2 minutes to return the 1 payment was the hardest thing to do. Maybe if they had treated clients better and been good business people their business wouldn’t have failed.

Fit Body is truly an eye opening workout experience. I've worked out casually since high school. I never really set any specific goals and just went to basically sweat. That's all I knew! Since joining Fit Body, they helped me set my goals, implement strategies to reach those goals, and develop a support system with the trainers and fellow gym member alike. Plus, I sweat a lot more anyway! Fit Body gives you the tools and resources you need to accomplish your health goals and their trainers are incredible. They are friendly people who will push you to succeed through educating, not yelling. They love answering questions and explaining the anatomy/science behind their fitness approach. I couldn't recommend this place more for someone seeking direction and results for fitness!

I just started my second year at Fit Body Boot Camp and I can’t say enough wonderful things about the fun and effective 30 minute workouts, the great coaches and the awesome owners. Josh and Steph actually care about every member and truly want to help you reach your goals. The coaches push you to do your best and the other members are always ready to help motivate and give you a high five before during and after class. It truly is a fun family like atmosphere plus I am feeling better than I have in years! Give it a try, you won’t regret it!

I love Fit Body Boot Camp in Carmel. I recently (begrudgingly) started working out in an effort to lose weight. After 1 month, not only did I see results, I started to love doing it. It has re shaped not only my body, but my mind. The trainers and staff are wonderful. They help you to do your own best. There are plenty of classes available to fit most schedules and the class sizes are small enough that a camaraderie is felt amongst fellow attendees. I love that each class is different from the following day. You will get an effective quick workout. Who doesn't want the most results in the smallest time period? People in my life have noticed a change in my body and attitude toward fitness and I owe that to Fit Body Boot Camp in Carmel. I highly recommend it.
