Edited my review and revised feedback after being a member for 8 months now.I had another encounter with the staff manning the front desk and shared that no one seems to care for members at this location. There was a supervisor and she took my information and said will pass on to senior management.The GM of the location, MS. Michele called me and patiently heard my grievance, she sounded sincere and genuinely showed her willingness to set few things correct, she followed up as she promised and my aggravation has come down to Zero. I have always liked the club and its facilities, I was annoyed with the demeanor of front desk people. I am satisficed and happy to revise my new experience. My concerns are fully addressed. I am sure there would be steps taken in the right direction.I have been a member for over 4 months now. I go there after 8 pm. I have used only 1% of the entire gym equipment. Facility is fairly clean. Equipment assortment and options are excellent. Very large space and fair distance between each equipment. Good variety of equipment. Excellent build quality of equipment. Below average maintained and long down time and high rate of equipment failure for tread mills. Very frustrating to find 4/5 tread mills with signs of out of order. Fewer stations for wiping tissue. Staff is mostly school kids with indifferent to horrible attitude. The biggest downside is to enter and see deadpan sad faces. I complained about so many treadmills out of order, the staff did not seemed to be trained to behave with courtesy, instead a short white girl got into a verbal mean girl attitude of a middle schooler. That was hilarious to see her expression and tone. They blamed the members to break the treadmills. It appeared upper management attitude towards their employees is derogatory and seems the upper management does not put courtesy and politeness as high points for staff members. It is amusing / funny to see some members come in flip flops , but that’s entertainment for me. I recommend to join this gym. Fees is fair for the amenities provided. Fair amount of seating. Ample parking in a decent shopping center.

Good equipment, downfall is cars are always getting broken into and the plasma center next door leaves their stickers on your vehicles to try and get you in.

It's a great gym w/ friendly and helpful staff, the only downsides are the fee to not raise fee's and the fee for changing membership type.

This place gets 4 stars (5 stars in my original rating) because it has become overcrowded to where you cannot enjoy your workout. Not only that, some of the equipment in there is broken. They're usually good at fixing broken equipment in a timely fashion. Don't get me wrong, it is still a way better gym than LA Fitness and Planet Fitness as far as hours and amenities go, but they simply do not have that many locations to be handing out memberships like water. They definitely need to be put a cap on new membership sign-ups until they are well established enough to build more locations throughout the city. Also, please rethink this co-ed sauna thing. Either expand it or create two for men and women. I honestly believe you guys didn't anticipate this gym being as popular as it is now to where people are not being able to enjoy coming to the gym or being able to enjoy the amenities. As popular as this gym is, please keep this gym better maintained.

Haven’t been to the gym in months. I thought I canceled but they said I froze the account. So, that want me to pay a month before I can cancel. I ask to speak to supervisor and she wouldn’t let me talk to one. I called back and ask someone else and they hung up on me. Basically terrible call center especially if your talking about canceling. I wouldn’t go back ever.

I had a really terrible experience with Vasa Fitness. They actually stole money from my account not once, but twice for the daycare. I actually love the girls in the daycare by the way. They are good with my son. When I contacted corporate about the continuous missing funds out of my account, the lady Anna kept giving me excuses and claiming it was a no show fee, even though I had never missed a session. It's incredibly frustrating because I actually like the facility itself as well as the daycare, but the customer service is absolutely abysmal. It's disappointing when a company fails to address these types of issues and it really tarnishes the overall experience. I hope Vasa Fitness improves their customer service because their facility has potential.

The equipment is filthy, the hot tun looks fithy and always broken, if u dont have scabies now u will when u leave this place! Water fountain is broke im canceling my membership !!!! Ill stick with PLANET fitness its always sanitary
