My trainer was great, she gave me some great at home exercises I can do to target what I want and showed me how to use equipment at my gym that I had been hesitant to use. Overall it was a great session.

Personalized workouts based on your training level. Positive and encouraging coaches who truly care! While the coaches are about fitness results, they are also about healthy lifestyle and overall well-being including emotional and mental wellness. I am so thankful to be part of the DYC family!

I (35+ Male) started at DYC just about 6 months ago and am very close to the best shape of my entire life. Down almost 40lbs (while building the most muscle I've ever had). Feel fantastic. Bought a new wardrobe!Jeremy and all the trainers really do an amazing job at helping you reach your goals through intelligent strength training. While we didn't tailor an eating plan we discuss calories and goals so I could figure it out myself. Its a bit of a drive from my home (30min), but I think that extra commitment helps you (me) stay completely engaged to not only the program, but also the lifestyle change! The wife stares at me like I'm a piece of meat!

The quick response to my inquiry before starting. No other training returned my email or calls. Immediately felt welcome. The trainings are great as well as the trainers!

I enjoy the personal time with my trainer. During that moment, it's just her and I working!

In my second month with them. They are great. Best training experience I've had. It's individualized rather than canned. The trainers are great (I've worked with Tori, Nate, and Jeremy). All have different styles that help keep things fresh and me on my toes. Communication is great. They're always responsive.Definitely worth every penny.

Great gym, I had excellent trainers that I felt understood me and what I wanted to accomplish. It's also a great environment and I started to see the results immediately. Happy I made the decision to work with them. My only regret is that I am moving away and can't continue with them.
