been coming for a few years, Adam and all the training staff are great, very knowledgeable/reliable/personable/flexible. Different workout every week, gym is clean and has every piece of equipment you can think of, clean locker room. Couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Thanks FBD

I’ve been training at FBD for a number of years. I was a collegiate athlete and after graduation looked a long time for a workout facility that offers “quality” workouts, not “quantity”. If you want great training and a kick a## workout it’s the place to go.

I found Fitness by Design through a friend’s recommendations when my former trainer changed careers after over a decade. This gym is terrific and just what I needed to kickstart a fitness routine that had gotten...routine. The place is spacious, well-equipped, light, and very clean. Training staff are experienced, well-educated in their field, and have been at the gym for years. No high turnover of clients and staff here. This team feels like a family and likes each other and clients. The atmosphere is friendly, motivational, and fun. You’re greeted by name, work every time with the same trainer, and you can expect varied routines and a personalized approach to your own fitness. Your first experience is a private meeting with your trainer to discuss goals, needs, concerns, past experiences with fitness. Workouts are tailored, challenging, fun, and effective. I’ve made measurable progress in cardio, balance, and strength in just over a year, and I’ve been weight training for decades. Trainers keep careful notes and adjust workouts often. Virtual training is available if you travel (or when a pandemic strikes your community). Clients range in age (teens to octogenarians) and work individual or in pairs (friends, spouses, mother/daughter, etc.). Yoga classes and other specialized services and competitions are available. What I love most is the upbeat, energized, positive feeling of the place. I want to go workout, and I enjoy being there with the people. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! It’s a game-changer.
