I like this gym mainly because of the basketball courts, it’s honestly what drives me to the gym to work out, but recently they been kicking people off the basketball court just to put up volley ball posts, I find that extremely unfair since it’s 2 courts and instead of using one for each they take both, for a while now I had to watch people with there basketballs walk around sad while the other side of the court is just sitting there empty with a volleyball post and the basketball goals hung up, we all pay a little to a lot to go to this gym I feel as if we should be allowed to play basketball is all I’m saying.I know most likely nothings going to change but I felt like I had to get this off my chest.

Still a great facility. Very well maintained, clean and energetic place. All sorts of classes, from yoga to water aerobics. Locker room, showers, hot tub, sauna, steam room etc all well maintained.

Kids learn tennis here. Tennis courts are great. Coach is nice and professional. Hope they can make the air better.

Excellent facilities, Spa is open, Healthy food & juice bar. Personal trainers are knowledgeable and helpful. Free weights for power or just toning.

This is just like any other gym, they will lure you in to a long contract for group membership but squeeze as much money as they can from you if you try to change up the account. Very unprofessional staff and extremely rude, would not recommend signing up to this establishment.

The place and the facilities are very good. My only complaint is for the girls who work at the daycare, they always show a lack of emphatic and professionalism when you leave the children there. It’s terrible

Great gym. Lots of equipment. Always clean. They seem to listen to feedback. Only downside is sometimes allow entire rec sports teams to workout here so there’s sometimes very limited free weights (see photo). Staff are really great.

This gym is way too expensive for what you “actually” get. Don’t be fooled! Members are not treated well and preference is given to non members while members lose access to parts of the facility while continuing to pay high monthly fees. The equipment is old, broken, and dirty ( never once have I seen a staff person clean equipment). Membership staff are rude and ill informed. In my opinion, this gym uses the best parts of the facility to sell a membership (pool, indoor tennis and basketball courts), but these parts of the facility are made more available to non members for tournaments. If you like having an indoor track to run on … beware of all the unsupervised children running around on it and non member tennis tournament people standing on it to watch tennis. The weight lifting area is old and broken, taped up and dirty. There are never towels or staff upstairs to offer any help , so you have to interrupt your workout to go all the way downstairs for either. Members are treated horribly; all members received email being accused of stealing towels and threatened to be charged more, when it is more likely that the non members are the ones stealing them. Bottom line … there are many gyms in the city that are better, more motivating and affordable and have much more to offer their members. This gym has changed ownership at least once in the past couple years and it has gone down hill since .

Do not waste your money. I registered my child for cheerleading. The 2nd week, the coach changed the rehearsal time on a short notice. The 3rd week, she scheduled rehearsal and canceled on a short notice and eventually sent a message out that she is no longer interested in coaching. Waste of time. I do NOT recommend

such a nice facility. In addition to what a typical YMCA offers, it has quite a few indoor tennis courts, specialized pilate room, raquet ball room, etc. The staffs working there are super nice too.We went there for USTA tennis tournament. The organizing wok was great and on time. The staff go beyond and help my son to get a lunch when the Cafe was closed.
