This was a great little gym, if you are a power lifter/strongman/starting strength person, this is the place. Staff is cool, owner is a good guy. Was passing through on a tour and needed a gym with squat racks and deadlift platform. IVB has it all... it’s like walking onto the set of “Pumping Iron”, old school!

Started coming to IVB during the first week of June. I had been following them and Zach on instagram for a few months and wanted to check it out for myself. It is everything that people make it out to be. “Old School” feel and all. Everybody was and is willing to help at any time. I am now a part of the team and helping out with alot of stuff around the gym both inside and out. This is definitely the place to be!

Love the atmosphere at IVB. Zach and his staff are not only great people but awesome to work with and super knowledgeable. I usually work out at home but gave IVB a try from finding them on social media, definitely did not disappoint. Would recommend this gym to anyone. Looking forward to the Power Jams in a couple months. Can’t wait to see what all they achieve this year.

A gym designed for powerlifters, bodybuilders, and athletes; but is welcome to ANYONE. My experience was as I expected it to be. Welcoming and full of energy. Then of course a PR came out of the visit.

Not your conventional rec center or community center. Ironvalley is a place to get motivated by driven individuals who practice what they preach! Felt totally welcome as someone new to lifting and as a woman too, definitely not just a boys club. Be sure to give Spike some love while you're there, sweetest dog ever!

Visited IVB for the first time back in March traveling 3 hours from Chicago. loved the gym, the people and the atmosphere so much that when I got word on an internship opportunity I quit my job and moved to Indy for the next 3 months and now am living here permanently and heavily involved in the team here at IVB! Great gym, lots of knowledge and filled with some unique, like minded individuals who all want the best out of you!
