Came here as a truck driver. Was told no day passes and this was 4:30pm.As a truck driver you would think gyms would be open to doing day passes! I guess not. Will let all truck drivers I know to stay away!

Great gym. It’s never too busy to get to what you need, and they have a great selection of equipment. They will regularly replace equipment that doesn’t get used with something else. The sauna is really nice as well. Also cheaper than just about anything but planet fitness.My only complaint is the music. The selection is small so you’ll hear the same songs every workout, and they’re mostly bad. All in all, though, I highly recommend this place!

One of the most money hungry gyms I’ve gone too. They have the audacity to charge 40 a month with NO guest pass so everyone has to buy a membership family or not. If you don’t set up direct deposit through your bank account they charge an extra $2.50 for the transaction not too mention that if you’re late just by a day it’ll charge you an extra $15 on top of that. And you have to cancel in person and their staff hours are not worker friendly as they are only there 10-7 so if you’re not able to make time to get up there they’ll just keep letting your bill stack. It’s set up to make you have to pay their fees you’re better if going to literally any other gym. Not even to mention how small it is they only have one toilet & one shower in the locker room & not like it’s a big deal but if your not Christian you’re gonna never want to forget ur headphones bc all they’ll play is Christian music the entire time! Talk about inclusive

I am glad I looked at the photos before signing up like I did with PF.only 2 shower stalls, and 1 toilet?Either this place doesn't get busy at all, or it gets really packed in that tiny bathroom. I don't think I need to go any farther.

The gym is fine. The problem is with management. I called in approximately a month after getting my membership letting them know that I had sustained an injury and needed to cancel. I just got a call today informing me that I owe over $100 and that they are going to keep calling me until I pay it. They said you were not allowed to cancel your membership and less you physically show up to the location. They do not care if you are injured or if you are unable to make it to the location. They are strong army me into payments even though I have begged to get out of the relationship. I highly discourage anyone from spending any money with this business.

Been going here for over a year,love it! I've seen unused equipment get changed out and new equipment brought in. People at the front always greet with a smile. Members here,just get to work. Vibe is a big thing for me and it's great here, from the places esthetic to the members. Mix of all ages. Love that it's open 24/7 and the saunas a huge perk. If it matters to anyone, I'd say most members here range from moderate to experienced. Not a lot of comp lifters,but not people wandering looking for something to do either.

Horrible customer service, won’t allow you to cancel your membership after attempting multiple points of contact. And after checking through my back account they recently charged me almost triple the normal price with no notice whatsoever - do not join, they only care about trying to get as much money as possible.

Employees always talking on their phones or having headphones in, creates real disconnect from guest when you walk in. Guess music and talking to friends is more important than guest relations.
