When we visit this studio, we are always heartily welcomed by Lucas... and this trip to Indy we trained with Kaleigh. She's hard-charging, energetic, and funny!

I leave feeling like I gave it my all. I also like that the three stations plus multiple blocks keeps the hour moving. This is the first workout in a long time that I actually look forward to and not dread!

The coaches are great and really push you to be better and get more out of the classes. I feel so accomplished after each class. I love it!

I started OrangeTheory over a year ago, but it took a few months before I realized how great the community. I changed my frequency to twice a month to unlimited and go as often as I can. The staff is incredible - always happy & positive. Because of my schedule, I participate in Coach Oscar's & Coach Kaleigh's classes the most - they are such wonderful people & coaches. I have taken at least one class with every coach and each of them pushes me to dig deeper and uncover a strength I wouldn't let shine on my own. The workouts are always intense but great and I feel so good when I leave. So pleased with joining OTF-Downtown Indy!

I was extremely nervous for my first workout. I haven’t really been active since high school. The instructor (Oscar) was super encouraging and helpful! Pushed me but not so hard I was intimidated. Every employee I interacted with was positive and made me feel welcome. The workout was so intense. I wasn’t sure I’d survive the rowing portion but I did. I felt a huge sense of pride once I finished the class!

I always feel better leaving an OTF workout...no matter how badly I didn't want to workout that day! The coaches, staff and fellow workout buddies are all so motivating and nice. I've never enjoyed a gym experience more!

Orange Theory offers free first time classes. So, I invited my friend to a class who *currently* lives in Illinois because she is moving to downtown Indy this summer. When they found out she still lives in Illinois they told her she could no longer come for free and had to pay $28 for a drop in class. I called back to clear up the situation and explain she was in the market for a new studio when she moves and was interested in orange theory. They refused to let her try the class for free until she actually moved downtown. That is just bad business and put a bad taste in my friend’s mouth about their particular studio. In my personal expericence of using this studio, I have had a fine experience otherwise and I don’t want to let this bad customer service experience completely sway my opinion. I do have a few friends that often complain about their ability to explain things and the class time availability.

Brand new equipment, great coaches and staff. Beautiful location and lay out on top of it, great lighting and windows all around. Favorite Indy OTF I’ve been to :)

I lost out on a lot of money due to bad communication at this location. They will tell you that “membership is reciprocal.” All their employees are trained to repeat this language when you ask them whether you can workout at other locations. This was very important to me because I live part of the year in Indy and the other in Chicago. What they conveniently failed to tell me was that I would actually have to cancel membership in Indy and reapply in Chicago in order for the Chicago studio to be my home studio. If I didn’t make he Chicago studio my home studio, then I’d be charged a $10 surcharge each workout. I workout 4-5 times a week so that was not an option for me. They also failed to tell me that Chicago ( and other certain metropolitan locations) cost way more than in Indy. So even if I did make Chicago my home studio, my monthly membership would cost way more than I was paying in Indy. When I was signing up at the Indy office, these were all questions that I explicitly asked about and they just conveniently failed to tell me. When I called them to fix this issue, all Sam the mambeger could tell me was that my options were to 1) go outside of the city each workout to get the cheaper membership price 2) pay the higher Chicago price 3) cancel my membership AND lose out on the days that I had remaining for the month which I had already paid for. Complete bad communication. They keep relying on the fact that each studio is separately owned as their explanation for the failed communication. Sam was also insencirere in his communications with me and pretty much had the tone of “you’re out of luck. Not sure what you were told at sign up but there’s nothing I can do for you.” Just be weary with this location and do your own research before signing ANYTHING.
