I am so happy I joined this studio. I joined after having our first kid which helped me feel soooo much better. Now with our second baby on the way I feel better going into delivery. I did yoga with our first but had a tough delivery, I can tell that I am so much stronger this time and feel less nervous going into it. I’ve had so many great instructors for classes and private lessons. Thank you for helping me feel comfortable in my body!

I highly recommend Reforming Indy, regardless of skill or experience level. The instructors are fabulous and the staff is so friendly! I finally found an exercise program that challenges me, but is easy on my joints and my arthritic body. The instructors are kind and patient and can help you modify when necessary!

I thoroughly enjoy the instructors and the low impact - high quality workout. Small classes make it more personal and easier to truly have a mind body connection. The pilates workout along with the instructors is really what is keeping me coming back.

The instructors really care and are committed to challenging us, but also ensuring proper form. I look forward to classes every week! It’s a very friendly and welcoming studio for either some one brand new to Pilates or someone experienced. You get a lot of attention because the classes are smaller than large studios. I’ve been a member since 2015 and highly recommend this studio.

My sister brought me to my first ever reformer class a few months ago and I have been hooked since that experience. I am NOT a morning person, but I willingly get up at the crack of dawn to go to Lisa's morning classes as often as possible. The classes challenge me every single time and I love it! She is so creative with the movement that the class is over before I know it and I am ready to start my day with a smile on my face. Highly recommended!

I’m a Reforming Indy Pilates addict Lol! And can I say that I’ve never, in 52 years, been addicted to any ‘workout’. They know their stuff there! It’s not intimidating and it feels safe and clean! I’m 52 years old and I think I’m more flexible and stronger in my core now than I was years ago thanks to R.I.P. the instructors are all great, not a bad one in the bunch and gentle spirited. I leave feeling ‘worked out’ yet zen! You must try!!!

Highly recommend! The class was difficult enough that I was engaged the whole time, but I still felt like I was keeping up. Helpful staff and a great way to stay active! Jacki is really knowledgeable about starter plans and helped me decide which classes to try.

Reforming Indy has completely changed my view on “working out”. This studio not only focuses on the body but also the mind and soul. The classes are small, which allows for plenty of one-on-one teaching. I would recommend Reforming Indy to absolutely anyone - regardless of skill or experience level.
