I like that I got a full body workout and not just cardio! The atmosphere is wonderful really gets you pumped. Very clean facility. I usually dread working out but 45mins was over before I knew it!

Great environment and encouraging and energized instructors! I do wish they had other times to choose from, id go in a lot more often. But I believe its a small owned business so i get it. I think Shayna and the other instructors ive met are super nice. And the work outs are pretty challenging to be honest. Full body!

This studio is amazing! All the instructors are super fun, motivating, kind, funny, and inspiring! I was terrified of fitness classes with groups of people, at RiseHouse you feel accepted and accomplished! Can’t recommend enough! This studio is my second home!

Shayna was super welcoming & helpful, I didn't feel pressured to over-extend myself, the music was AWESOME, I loved the diversity of the crowd, & I left feeling like I could get better. So I'm coming back!
