I haven't been able to go yet because of financial reasons but tomorrow I will have full time employment with the United States army national guard with a student sign on bonus but I'm pretty sure that the factory D1 training Indianapolis is a wonderful gym FYI

I work 12 hour days on night shift. I try to get some time to develop my nephews game when I have a chance. On June 7th I figured we would go to The D1 Factory since I get off of work at 5:45am and they open at 6am. I call around 6:15 to see if we can shoot around, nobody answers the phone. I arrive there around 6:40. No one is at the front desk, but I hear music coming from the turf area. I went in there and asked a lady wearing a D1 shirt if my nephew and I could shoot around. She yells, “No and you guys have to get out now!” Even if they have certain hours for basketball and we happen to come when the courts aren’t being used, her customer service was incredibly rude and unprofessional. If the staff is going to act this way around children I’m going to make sure my nephew and any one else I know that has a child does not go there.

Great facility. I would like to see more on work on the group and personal training, more specifically, progress tracking to gauge how the kids are doing.

Our son's loved the Factory. After talking with Chareece - who was amazing and works up front, we chose to come during a break in between sports seasons for some extra basketball work. Dion, Jordan, and Jaylen were fantastic with them. They provided opportunities for practice and gave targeted feedback to which we were able to see improvement in our boys' skills. We will absolutely be back!

My son loves the training. He tries to go every night he is off from sports. He says he can feel the difference just from the month he has been attending. His dad loves how hard McKenzie puts him to work.

Nice facility. The coaches for the bite size league are great. All very good with the kids and it's so funny watching them struggle to round up 40 5yr Olds haha. The parents on the sideline, however, some of them need a reminded that this isn't the NBA but it's 5 and 6 yr Olds playing ball.
