It's fine... It's just too busy for my taste compared to other gyms. It's successful, but it makes it hard to get a good workout in if you're machine gets taken or is busy for a long time. I'm new and will figure it out. It's also a complete selfie meat market. Lol. Not anything they can control, but you asked and that's my review. Oh, and the personal training rates are way high.

I used to go here and I originally left a great review but the biggest issue I had was the people at the gym. I'm not a fan of people hogging up a bunch of room to record themselves working out. The gym attire of some people would be too revealing and make me uncomfortable as well. Maybe I'm too conservative but I'm not about seeing a chick's nipple piercings while trying to squat or a man's junk when I'm trying to use dumbbells.

Nice facility, and very affordable membership. I love that they have a barbell area with 5 or 6 squat racks where deadlifts can also be performed, and 3 weightlifting platforms. They have a spacious functional training area as well. They have all that I need for my strength and conditioning goals, but it's too crowded, at least when I go, and not enough back machines. I'm giving it 4 out 5 stars only because it's too crowded, and not enough back machines.

Clean nice size gym with good machines and plenty of benches and squat racks. Being open 24 hrs or later on weekends would make me give 5 stars.

Nice affordable gym but they allow people to park in the handicap zones if they have nicer cars even when not handicap. Kind of disappointing for a health facility.5/15/23 edit - came back in and the handicap parking is still being used by the members who have sports cars but do not have handicap plates or tags. Still disappointing. I asked the front desk about it this time. It is the responsibility of the facility to make sure handicap parking is accessible not gym members or the police. Maybe it’ll change next year.6/14/23 edit - I have noticed every time I come to the gym that non handicap vehicles are parked in handicap spaces still. I make sure to mention it to the front desk but nothing has seemed to change really. If you have a nice car you must qualify for handicap parking at this vasa. Today it was a nice new blue corvette convertible with dealer plates parked right in the front handicap spot closest to the entrance without a sticker. Really frustrating for those who actually need the parking I’m sure and discouraging when it is a health facility. I usually only come here if I don’t want to go downtown, but like I mentioned, every time I do there is someone’s sports car without handicap tags parked in the spots.
