This is the AF in Palm Desert, has all the equipment needed, plus trainers if you need one. 24 hour access is a plus!

Miranda ( the manager or owner?) is awesome and helped me out during my stay there at Palm Desert. The gym is organized very well and kept tidy. You can tell she really cares about about it.

I had an awesome workout at this location. 💪 with it being October, they had the place decorated nicely for the Halloween theme. It has plenty of room for distancing from others. The bathroom and equipment were clean and maintained. I'll definitely stop by this gym again when im passing through California. Thanks …

Love this gym , the atmosphere, the cleanliness, friendliness make me want to go to the gym ! I do a group class and coach Fernando makes it fun and safe while still making my goals.

I've been a member for almost 15 years and been to multiple different locations for extended period of times and this location will lock you out of the gym if you are not paying their rate. I found out you can't really go to any anytime fitness unless you are paying their rate. If you call corporate they'll say their not sure and every location is different. Almost feels like false advertisement. I was hoping they would treat their loyal members a little better but was very disappointed. The Cathedral City Anytime Fitness location is managed way better and they know how to treat their loyal members, just look at the better Google reviews ratings the Cathedral City location has.Edited to reply to owners response:Hello Kimberly,You obviously do not fix 10$ gym problems, or else I would not be here. And goes to show the type of owner/person you are by making public allegations that a previous owner from a different location was a thief. And the Cathedral City location is not packed and has all brand new clean gym equipment for their members. Anyways, thank you for your response.

I really like this gym, however the setup for cardio is not good. The treadmills become so hot during the daytime because the windows magnify the heat. I can only run when the sun is down otherwise I get too overheated, which is inconvenient . The windows desperately need to be tinted or to have some better curtains to keep the area cool. Or maybe a fan that actually points at the treadmills. Anything please.

The gym isn't half bad, wish they had larger weights but that's not the reason they got a 1 start. The reason they earned one star is the way they do business. Signing up is easy, you call and leave a message, he called me back and we set up a time for me to meet and make a membership. Cancelling is the hard part, I moved to Richmond CA, almost 9hrs away and in the months before I moved I called and left messages to cancel my account, sent emails, and tried coming in at various times during the day. Apparently they only get back to you if your opening an account. Over a year and a half passes and I forget about it. I'm diligent about keeping my credit spotless and paying my bills on time, it's only $325, not going to break me, but rather than pick up the phone or reply to email they waited over a year and a half to send it to collections for a larger balance. I just hate shady people and duplicitous businesses and they earned that star for that one. We could have settled this over a year ago had you picked up the phone, responded to an email, or had someone in the gym who could cancel my contract correctly. I'll make sure to tell everyone who will listen what a greedy little piggy you are.Cheers.

Hands down one of the best gyms (if not the best) i have ever been to. I’ve been a member of 3 separate anytime fitnesses and a few other gyms and this one stands out because the manager there is always friendly and will try to help you in any way possible. the 2 owners decorate the place and make sure the customers always feel welcomed and a part of a family. this gym is never crowded and i’ve never had to fight for time on a machine or squat rack. i can talk forever on how this gym has been the best but the 5stars is all it will let me do.

Great gym! Just the right amount of equipment and space to get your workout done efficiently. Met one of the owners right after joining-great lady! Also, Joel signed me up. He is super friendly and constantly working no matter what time I'm there. If he's not helping members or doing a training session he's always cleaning and sanitizing equipment-very hard worker.
