I just moved here from New York and I love this gym! everyone’s nice and they help you if you’re doing something wrong. it actually makes me sad I cant go on rest days! :)

Great gym. The owners are very nice and helpful. The equipment is top notch. Good music throughout but not to loud. I have injuries and the new equipment let's me lift heavy and not reinjure myself.

Moved to Palm Springs about a year ago and decided, I want to set a goal and start going to the gym. When I enter Desert Metro fit the vibe was so off. Everyone seemed so competitive and in competition with each other. It felt like you had to look a certain way to sign up at this gym. I decided to not even bother signing up. I signed up at a different gym.

I feel welcomed and feel as if I am a part of the fitness community. Endria greets me as I walk in, and it means a lot to me. I am not able to think of any significant flaws about the gym jungle. If you are looking to create the best version of yourself, this gym will aid in your progress to identify the beast inside of you, with their top-notch equipment and with the support of the fitness community. Feel free to dance to their soundtrack as well, they got some bops playing on speaker. Cheers

This is the best place in the coachella Valley with state of the art equipment, great atmosphere, music and coaches. Always space to work and never gets crowded.

I joined DMF about a week or so ago, and I already love this place. I participate in one of the strength training groups, and they kick my butt first thing in the morning. We have two trainers for a group of 5-8 people, and they coach us through hard and effective workouts. They know what they are doing, and they know what they are talking about. Around the gym, you see people of all strength levels - from normal every day people to competition-level bodybuilders - and everybody is extremely supportive, friendly and encouraging. It's a great place to work out. If you want to get stronger, you need to check out DMF.
