Not only does Jamaal possess a deep understanding of boxing techniques, but he will incorporate practical techniques, from his years of experience in boxing, based on one’s physical abilities.I can’t stress enough how much it elevated my training from working with Jamaal on a private session. I’ve been boxing long enough to have worked with different coaches and trainers, but no one’s as methodical as Jamaal. He identified problems with my biomechanics & footwork within five minutes of shadow boxing and quickly offered remedied adjustments I can make. It was just unfortunate that I didn’t have enough time to work with Jamaal as I was only visiting for a week in PD.Prepare to be inspired, challenged, and transformed as you unleash your full potential in the capable hands of this extraordinary coach/trainer, and I can’t wait to work a session with Jamaal again until next time. Jamaal’s your guy if you’re a student of the game and ready to be schooled in ‘Sweet Science’.

I recently visited a boxing gym and was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming atmosphere. From the friendly staff to the supportive members, it was an inclusive environment. The standout was Coach Jamaal, whose expertise and dedication made him an exceptional coach. He shared his extensive knowledge, tailored instructions, and motivated students to push their limits. Jamaal's personalized approach and genuine care for his students set him apart. Overall, the gym offers a nurturing space for beginners and experienced boxers alike. If you're looking for a place to train where you'll feel welcome and receive top-notch coaching, this gym is a fantastic choice.

I contacted Jamaal to let him know I was coming in from CT and was looking for a place to train. He welcomed me, gave me class info, I showed up and had a KILLER workout. Not only that I learned a lot of technique, had fun, and enjoyed the environment. I felt like he went above and beyond for me to get great workout. Def check it out!

Definitely a great Boxer/Friend I had the pleasure of meeting over 15 years ago in the good old state of Alabama! One of the hardest hits I've encountered in the ring with this guy! I truly great Boxer and a tremendous mindset for this sport. Thanks 🙏 …
