Great gym that has lots of equipment. It can get packed at times but it’s big and has plenty of machines and space to get a good workout no matter what. Shout out to Sergio for always being a nice and friendly. Not only that but he’s always cleaning and putting things away making sure the gym is in tip top shape. Sometimes it feels like he works harder than anyone in there.

I highly recommend this gym the ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. SERGIO is not only friendly and very professional but his work is consistently outstanding, exceeding expectations every time. Thanks to his hard work and efficiency the gym is now spotless.His contribution deserves to be recognized!

The worst management I’ve ever met. First off I don’t leave bad reviews to anyone but I’ve had such a bad experience with Palm desert eos. Eos Palm desert is a scam and steals money. I had a training membership but had to cancel because I had to move randomly. I gave the 30 day notice and proof of moving. Tony the rude training manager who makes you feel stupid said that my training was cancelled, But I keep getting charged and he doesn’t answer my emails or calls. When I asked him for someone higher contact he gave me his own email !! I don’t recommend this eos at all.

The thing about this gym is like, you are just a number. They do not care about you and their billing system is "automated" so, do not expect them to understand or treat you as a case-to-case deal. They will keep charging you, even if you cancel and even tho, their system tells you that you were never at their location for months. Is just terrible customer service! So, why do we need to go there?

This is by far the worst gym in Palm Desert. We joined a real gym and wanted to cancel our membership and they kept taking money out of our account. This is after several phone calls with management. Thank god we recorded our conversations and Currently filling a law suit. BEWARE

Never thought about joining the gym. I was so doubtful about how to wardrobe for workout, or how I look stupid for not knowing how to work their machine. WISH THERE WAS A SWIMMING POOL. Sauna was a bit way too steamy. Not so crowded but i like the 24 hours service for all the tweakers to check out after their window shopping at Walmart. Just kidding at the ladder part.

My favorite gym. Been coming here for past 3 years. The sauna is the best. It's truly one of the only reasons I've been loyal to this gym. In the afternoon this place can get packed. So I tend to stay away from it at this time. Staff is friendly and equipment is top notch. Can't go wrong at this gym.

If you come to this gym expect it to be busy for the majority of the weekdays. Plenty of equipment but expect to get creative with the workouts people will grab weights off your racks, it seems to go with the gym culture here. There are two open areas, large and small, for stretching or calisthenics. Lots of kettle bells, medicine balls, and matts. Many options as far as cardio equipment if that's your niche, TVs are few and small for the size of the gym. Several cleaning stations and water refill fountains. The smoothie bar has irregular hours but they have great tasting options and a big menu.
