I’ve been at Fit in 42 for 5+ years and have lost 50 pounds with the guidance, knowledge, and support given by all of the coaches! I absolutely love this gym! The people, the workouts, and the trainers are so great. I started with the lean mommy program at 4 months postpartum and was a little nervous diving into my fitness journey but the members and trainers have been so motivating and encouraging. I could not recommend Fit in 42 enough!

The coaches know you and will always work with you to give you the best workout. The progress I have made through their workouts and health & nutrition program is so much more than I could ever do on my own.

This gym is unbelievable! The coaches are phenomenal and the members are beyond supportive. I have been a member since 2018 and I am so glad I took the leap of faith I needed to invest in myself. I am currently half way through the Fit in 42 program and I have never felt stronger or more in tune with my body. I joined this gym in November 2018 I am almost at my two year mark, and since November 2019 is when I kicked it in high gear and really learned about what works best for my body even adding strength training classes here at the gym and also doing there famous 42 program in February 2020 these were the tools and help I needed to best invest in myself. The coaches, the people, and the family that I have gained from this place makes this my second home I am so happy to be apart of this fit family! Best gym in the valley !!!!

Next month, will be one year since I started my fitness journey with Fit in 42 and there is NOT one bad thing I can say about this studio. I began with “trying out” classes and fell in love. Next thing ya know, I’m signing up for the 42 day program: gaining muscle and losing body fat.... Quarantine was difficult, but they offered zoom classes for us and our kids, not to mention their app with guided workouts on them. Finally, we were back at the gym! Inside... Outside... It didn’t matter, I was home! This gym is my Fit Family. I look forward to going every day, sometimes multiple times a day. The Coaches are absolutely amazing. If there are mental, physical, or nutritional challenges that arrive in your life, they have your back 100%. They make time for you, they listen to you, they care about you, and they make this studio what it is. I am so happy I found Fit in 42 and I recommend it to anyone who wants a lifestyle change. It is the best gym around!

It has now been a year that I have started going to Fitness 42, and it has began to feel like I have a family over there. I,myself have never been one to love exercising but as I started to go to this gym with my husband I have clearly began to love it. The coaches there have been the most supportive and have pushed us to do our very best. All the people that go there are very friendly and you feel comfortable and safe there. My son has began to go to Fitness 42 and he has just loved it. With all that has been going on ,exercising is a great way to manage any stress that you may have. I am extremely great full for everyone in this gym, and be with this Fitness 42 family for a long time!
