I tried it for the first time and it is a highly effective system that targets those areas that are the most difficult to change. The trainers motive you every step of the way. I really enjoyed it and I hope to join in July.

Unfortunately. The service received was not the service that was promised. When i enrolled they said i was going to have a trainer but shortly after a few visits i realized that it was not true. I would arrive at a scheduled time they guys would always start a group class of cardio. A few of us would go into the weight lifting area and they would take about 10 minutes to arrive and give us instructions. Later, a few days, they would start the main group class and us that were doing weight training they would tell us to watch the guided facebook video and follow the routine. (I could have gotten any routine video off of youtube). My short membership expired i decided not to continue. It was not a professional training environment. But they were good with their cardio courses. They really need to explain what the training consists of and they need to have educated consistency in their program.

Great gym! The staff are friendly and super respectful. The trainers are great motivators, exhibit positive attitudes at all times. They provide meal plans and individual workout routines based on the persons needs. I highly recommend this gym.

Seems they have tapped into an uncharted industry. Not a regular gym, daily personal training. If you want a great workout with results give them a try. A gym that gives back to the community. This is my favorite gym by far!
