Dropped in this morning with a bunch of us and immediately we were welcomed by the staff and members. The gym was very clean, and the check in process was easy and seamless. Gene was coaching and introduced everyone and made the class feel at home. The coaching throughout the work out was great and the community seemed very friendly. The space is huge and has plenty of space to accommodate a bunch of people. Would definitely drop in next time we are in town for sure.

I've been to many Crossfit gyms around the country and can say that this is one of the best there is. The coaching is fantastic. The people are extremely welcoming. The programming is appropriate for all skill levels. Just a great place to work out.

This Box/Gym is Great! I did a drop in for a couple days and Gene was professional and helped with a couple tweaks of mine.. I never felt uncomfortable and the members were all social. I hope they have nothing but success!If you live in the area and want to try crossfit you would be dumb not to stop in and join. Or drop in if you are from out out of town..

To say we miss this box is an understatement. For the last 5 years we lived in the desert, Gene and his team of knowledgeable coaches helped me build such a solid foundation. I came into the box in 2015 with zero athletic experience, overweight, and complained about sweating too much. I now have the endurance, knowledge, and strength to do the lifts, cardio, and gymnastics, and to do things I never thought were possible. I also appreciate that muscle memory is a real thing, which has helped me sustain this healthy lifestyle as my family and I now live abroad. This in addition to hearing Gene’s, Travis’s, Tiffany’s, Sean’s, or Lynette’s voice in my head, giving me all the cues for each lift, run, movement, etc. They are extremely knowledgeable about every movement, and are always helpful in providing modifications and scaling as needed. Anytime we visit the desert, I look forward to dropping in to be around the Foundry CrossFit family again. Thank you for changing my life.
