Looking for a place to learn boxing as your new sport? Perfect, here it is. We went yesterday for a private training class with Lionel at MatrixFit and just loved it. Lionel did a really great job explaining the moves and we got a full workout, with plenty of fun and sweat 😅. Lionel is a great boxing coach as well as a general personal trainer. When regular training got a little boring, we switched to boxing and opened up new avenues of exercise and entertainment. What a great cardio workout, as well as challenging the mental faculties to keep up with the combinations! Lionel definitely knows his stuff, and knows how to tailor the boxing instruction to the appropriate age and skill level. The workouts keep your mind and body engaged and challenged.
