I had visited the facility on Saturday, to use their tanning booth. Took a tour on my own around the facility, and was very impressed how clean it was. And their staff was very attentive and courteous.

I used to go to another gym and had to cancel my membership for personal reasons, after long time I joined Planet Fitness this morning and I really loved it, got little help to check in, the gym is well equipped, what I like of this place is that is super close from where I live.

Great facility, very open and airy. Equipment is new and there is a lot of devices to choose from. Friendly staff, great online services too location is awesome and convent for me too. Highly recommend this place!

So so experience thus far. No tour from staff when I joined but I was welcome to look around on my own. I don't like that I have to download an app in order to check in. TV's play horrible channels that lack local news or enough popular sporting events. Biggest issue is when I signed up there were classes posted on website but after joining came to find out there are no staff to teach them. I mainly joined for training classes so that was a bummer. The pros are it is very clean & people are friendly.

For a Planet Fitness, pretty fantastic compared to others. Had been going to Cathedral City while visiting the area but it's way worth the extra commute to lift here. Plenty of racks, equipment that works and smart distribution of free weights around the space. Very clean. The young lady with brown hair goes above and beyond in cleaning the treadmills and other equipment. Hope it stays this way!

Amazing gym I absolutely love training here. The only thing I dislike are the fans that blow too much air. If they can just turn it down a little it’ll be perfect. Other than that everything and the staff are great!

This is my first time going into a gym and feeling very comfortable to work-out without any worries. Love the fact that this Planet Fitness do not have a bunch of windows facing the outside, so people could see walking driving/walking by. If you want to have ALMOST the whole gym to yourself, get there from 12AM-4AM.Staff are very friendly here. Answered all my question and very informative. Shoutout to Kyra for help my girlfriend and I out on getting a membership and getting straight into working out.

The new planet fitness in palm desert has a lot of equipment and a friendly staff. Marco helped me set up my membership and even gave me a little tour of the spa area where they have lovely massage chairs. It is open 24hrs just ignore those presale hours on the website.
