There is no place that can compare to Rock Staedy Boxing Desert Cities because of the coach Gloria Landau. She is totally dedicated to each and every fighter who enters her classes. You will leave each class feeling stronger and better than when you walked in door. Anyone who has been diagnosed with Parkinson’s , do yourself a favor, go, go, go !
