Five days a week I go to the 6:30am class. Love the workout & love the people. The class is 30 minutes which I love & I have never been in better shape. Jay & Marissa are great trainers who are fun & knowledgeable.

Jay Nixon , Owner and Creator of “The Thrive Tribe “ has been instrumental in improving both my Mental & Physical health. Along with his Full time assistant , Marissa Hinchman they have developed an incredible program With Private , group and Virtual options. All I can say is thank you so much for all you guys do! Jay has been the best personal trainer I've had. With a combination of jay's exercises and healthy eating I've been able to lose almost 25 pounds!! The exercises we're definitely a test of endurance but consistency is key, and it has definitely paid off! Thank you so much for everything you guys do!!
