It’s an ok gym if you like equipment that is older. Equipment could be much better, squat racks are not Rogue or anything similar. Dumbbells are dated as well. Space gets crowded as there’s too much equipment in tight spaces. Not a very friendly gym as staff doesn’t even say hi to you, so not very welcoming at all. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Big gym but dated.

This gym is the best one I’ve been to. There are at least 3 knowledgeable helpful trainers there all day willing to help and answer questions. All very professional and supportive to everyone. Great atmosphere of mutual interest in being fit. I wish all gyms were this inviting.

I recently had a training secession with Aaron, and would like to express my appreciation. He was both professional and knowledgeable in his handling of my work out. Best gym in Palm Desert for sure. I tried a few others in the area, and it’s by far the best, in my opinion.Great facilities. Clean. Nice staff. Good prices. Sauna.

The World's Gym is good. There are not a lot of people going the gym right now. Which is good because you have a lot of space to do a lot of things. However, they want you to wear a mask which anyone can understand but it's very hard to breathe wearing a mask and trying to work out. But it's a good gym lots of equipment, the staff is very nice and helpful

I absolutely love this gym! The facility is perfect, the coaches are all amazing and super personable and most of all...they want to see you succeed and meet your goal! They push you that much harder and make sure you're staying safe while doing it. Definitely not an intimidating atmosphere and there are classes for everyone!

Feels like family. I love working out here. I always look forward to going, seeing the team, and getting a solid, safe and fun, one hour workout! I leave every time feeling stronger and more confident. The people are great and make you feel welcome from day one. The coaches are motivating, knowledgeable and always ready to help no matter where you are in your fitness journey. I should have read these reviews before we signed up - STAY AWAY FROM THIS GYM IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR GOOD, HONEST MANAGEMENT. There is no integrity in the way they run this business.I signed up to try the classes under the 30 day money back guarantee. My gut told me it was scam to trap you into a membership, which it was. In my first week, I called and specifically asked if I went to a Sunday Class, if that counted toward my three visits a week minimum and I was told it did. I continued to go as they required and tried the three different classes I was interested in multiple times. I did all of this in good faith; I was truly looking for a new gym closer to where we lived. The instructors in the classes were good but it is generally a 50+ crowd (I am 29) and they were not actually "Body Pump" classes. It was not the level of workout I was looking for.I went to the required number of visits but was told that regardless, I could not cancel because the one class on a Sunday didn't count toward my first week. Their business model is not at all customer friendly and Glenn, Manager, will not listen to reason. Rather than hear my experience, understand that the gym wasn't a good fit for me, he is trapping me into a year contract based on a technicality (one that I specifically called to ask about).I generally think that people are good and will do the right thing in a given situation, but that is not the case here. They are more interested in collecting my $360. If you want to feel welcomed in your gym, DON'T GO HERE.
