Been to the gym a couple times now and it has been a great change of pace compared to my prior gym. It has all of the equipment you would possibly need for powerlifting and you rarely have to wait for an open rack. Love the environment and the coaching they provide. I've barely started my program at this gym and my coach, John, has definitely helped pinpoint areas to improve. Highly recommend this gym to anyone who's even remotely interested in powerlifting.

So far great and super helpful experience in regards to my online coaching. Been working with my coach for a month now and I feel like my technique has already drastically improved. I’ve learned so much already and can’t wait to keep progressing throughout our program!

AWESOME GYM!! Great vibe, awesome equipment, and love the freedom of having it available at any hour throughout the entire year. People here are motivated and serious about working out. You don’t feel like you’re walking into a sorority or frat house like other box gyms. Highly recommend!! If thinking about joining don’t wait-you will not regret it!

My experience so far has been amazing with the online coaching! JIan has been amazing at I traducing new workouts to me to help strengthen my lifts and the communication has been spot on! Very glad I chose to go with this company and the likelyhood of me continuing with them for years to come is very high!

Easily the best gym I’ve been a member of! Never have had to wait for a rack or felt out of place when I first started. I currently work with Coach Alyssa and she has helped immensely with perfecting my form in the big 3 lifts, giving feedback, etc.

I popped in on a workday unannounced and Alyssa was so nice to show me around and answer all of my questions. Being a power-lifting focused gym they had more than enough racks and equipment to use, ample room to navigate around, and love that they play good music. Everyone working out was focused on their lifts, but there was a very positive and friendly vibe as the majority of the people there seemed to know each other. After leaving I returned the same day with my girlfriend to meet with Alex the General Manager to go over their membership packages etc.. Again, Alex was super nice and welcoming and very helpful explaining their coaching style, the different and very affordable membership tiers, and just giving a little more insight about the facility.Alex had set my girlfriend and I up with a few assessment sessions with different coaches. The past week I did 4 sessions with Jaden who is very welcoming and nice (I feel like I'm repeating myself lol), extremely knowledgeable with the lifts, very patient with me, and very helpful as he takes into account any past or current injuries. He started every session showing warm-ups that would help for the day's workout and also exercises I could do to strengthen any weaknesses to help better protect my previously injured areas. He gives very good critique and insight to what I'm doing wrong, how to fix it, and positive reinforcement when I do the lift well.I haven't been here too too long, but I'm super stoked to be a part of this gym and excited to grow with the help of Jaden and the rest of the SoCal Powerlifting staff and fam!

Very easy to get in and out, all automated sign up for drop in. Plenty of excellent powerlifting equipment, from specialty barbells to competition racks and platforms. Also a really well equipped bodybuilding type room with all the stuff you need. Great atmosphere, friendly members, clean. No locker room, but that’s not what you come here for! Will return next time I’m in town.
