Best powerlifting gym in socal hands down. Not only is there a ton of equipments available, but they are all high quality (bars, plates, racks). This has got to be the gym with the most combo racks I've ever seen.On top of that, there's enough machines and free weights for every specific type of training. Great outdoor space as well. They also have varying types of coaches that can fit all your goals. If you want a quality gym with a great environment, definitely check this place out. Just walking in and seeing all the strong lifters will instantly boost your numbers.

I heard great things about SoCal Powerlifting and I heard they opened back up mid-May, so I reached out to obtain more information. Alex reached out to me the same day and set up an appointment to do a tour of the facility. It was definitely something I was interested to join. So I just started my training with Coach Kimmy and it’s been so great! She’s very knowledgeable and very supportive. As for the facility, I really enjoy the environment and equipment this gym has to offer. Everyone is super nice and respectful. Also, everyone cleans up after their done with their equipment. I can’t wait to go back to training with Kimmy once I recovered from my injury I got outside of the gym.

SoCal Powerlifting is the best around. The gym itself has excellent equipment and 24/7 access for members. The coaches at SoCal are very knowledgeable, communicative, and what really showed to me was how passionate everyone is about lifting. In my first couple onboarding sessions with Alex I improved my form and confidence on the 3 lifts substantially. It’s just the best environment and community around. Come join.

After recently having a baby, I was finding it difficult to lose the baby weight and regain confidence in my body. I have always wanted to learn how to weight lift. I have found gyms to be intimidating because I don't know how to use the equipment or how to use proper form when lifting. But I had heard about this gym through a family member and ended up joining with my sister (so we can hold each other accountable for going). I had a few coaching sessions with Shelby and she was amazing and so upbeat. I have been using the coaching service for a couple of weeks now and I can already see the difference in my body. The staff is great and always friendly. The facility is in a great location and is clean, inviting, and very user friendly, especially for a beginner like myself. I highly recommend joining SoCal Powerlifting.

I'm starting my powerlifting journey and this place has all the equipment you need. The atmosphere is so encouraging and the staff are professional and supportive. Their plans are individualized, which means they are able to provide feedback and tailor to your goals. Juan is my coach and he is amazing at training. He is really patient and knowledgeable. Check them out!

I'll be honest I have no experience with powerlifting gyms except for SoCal Powerlifting. I'll keep being honest, I'd be okay with my life if my only experience with powerlifting gyms was SoCal Powerlifting.I sent Zack a message asking about rates because I was looking for gyms near where I work and the entire process from start to finish was very easy-going and low pressure. I had a really good time starting out so I ended up getting a full membership. Zack said it'd be around 6 months until I'm jacked. There's plenty of equipment to go around and it's always organized. The gym itself is clean which is also nice.Restrooms: Very Clean.

I moved to OC two years ago and was really looking for a place that would help me keep up with my training. I tried some online programs but they were go boring and generic. I thought I would give SoCal a try especially since my old powerlifting coach gave them a great review and he was right. The training program is geared to me and what I want to work on. There is variety and it’s enough to fit into my very busy schedule. Coach Alex gives me useful feedback and changes things up when I sees a weakness I need to work on. I highly recommend this gym. Great people and encouraging atmosphere. Zack, the owner, is awesome and works with you.

I had been going to commercial gyms in the area for a few years but had always been wanting more of a minded sanctuary to train at when I stumbled upon this gem. Initially I was just looking for another place to lift but after my initial assessments with Alex I definitely was all in and felt great with the improvements in focus on muscle groups during my lifts with the coaching here.I normally go at off times due to my schedule so the 24/7 access is a great perk and regardless of how early in the morning it is, anyone there is always in good spirits and ready to give a spot if needed. It’s great to find a place where people are serious about there goals and driven but can also joke around and be a community.Have nothing but great things to say about this gym and the coaches here!

I have been a part of this gym for about 2 months. Since day one, the coaches were friendly, helpful and really want to help you achieve your goals. The members at the gym are also really awesome, it’s become one of my favorite places to be. I had been working out at another gym for a good while and pushing a decent amount of weight, but knew I wanted to eventually push insane amounts of weight. I was worried about my form and that’s where SoCal powerlifting came in. I read the reviews and decided to try out a consultation. I was hooked. My coach, Shelby, is so helpful, knowledgeable and gives great feedback, I’ve hit a PR on my deadlift and bench already. The gym is 24/7 which is amazing, I can’t recommend them enough. The community they have built is amazing and I’m happy to be a part of it.
