Great workout! Motivating music with assistance from a trainer that provides support without being overwhelming. The workout itself went by quickly, but was high impact so I felt it a couple of hours later.

I really enjoy the fact that I can just show up at any time and jump right in rather than having to be there at a certain time for a scheduled class. I also like that I can add additional rounds after I complete the first 9. Coaches are great.

This is by far the best fitness location and owner and staff are so friendly and always ready to help and also they make sure the place is sanitised after each workout.Also they have a lot of options for beginners as well.Highly recommend to try and very affordable pricing.

I came to visit from Utah and went with a friend. It was very clean, welcoming and they walked me through a great workout! I got in some good cardio, got instruction on how to hit the punching bags, and then finished off with abs. It was a great environment and I’d absolutely go again if I lived in state.

I love 9Round Addison!!! It has been a positive experience since Day 1 of opening and I actually look forward to my workouts. I love not having class times. Jump in, jump out. Thirty minutes and done!! You get out what you put into your workouts as far as difficulty and intensity. Trainers are great motivators!!! I also love that you can go as often as you want. Flexibility and positive energy is a 100% win for me!

Signed up for the first workout free to check it out. Really liked the relaxed atmosphere & that it is a full body workout in 30. The trainer, Leo, was informative & helpful, answering all my questions and giving me a breakdown of each station, or round. Each of the 9 rounds offers something different to really mix it up & get you feeling the burn everywhere. Left dripping sweat & satisfied with both my workout and membership.

I’ve loved my first month at 9Round! It’s always a fun, challenging, and dynamic workout - with really helpful trainers and a great variety in the daily exercises. I’ve already seen really positive changes in my energy levels and I am looking forward to continuing my workouts!
