Never gets cleaned and always out of paper towels and wipes for cleaning the equipment. Management needs to get it together and provide a clean space that we are paying for.

This location never have cleaning supplies. The6 never clean the treadmill, it is nasty. At least make the cleaning supplies available!!!!

Management doesnt care about maintenance. Neither is there someone who can help with membership issues. After going there for a year when i went to cancel membership as i moved away I was told to send a letter to cancel membership as manager is not there. I sent multiple letters and then went to gym again then they said manager is again not here and they didn't receive anything so email. Then for email no reply. Like this they charged me for 7 months as i had moved and was sending emails and mail. When i came back to DFW went to gym again to solve the issue. I met the manager he cancelled the membership but not refund of the 7 months. He agreed he had access to email but didnt get time to answer those more than 10 emails. Crazy.

Awesome and professional experience. Juan helped me out and got me setup after relocating to Las Colinas. Gym is clean and provides all the equipment needed.

The gym isn’t half bad. Terrible management. Be aware and read the contract terms!! Even if you follow the proper cancellation procedures, they will continue to charge you and then send it to collections.

This is a nice gym, they have a variety of equipment. And the bathrooms and equipment are always clean. It’s not too big, not too small, it’s where I workout when I am in town. I do wish their staff would adhere to their posted hours though. I went during staffed hours to get assistance with something and the staff was not at the gym on time.

The entire experience was horrible. I was excited about scheduling a tour! The first woman I spoke with said they had availability today and would schedule me in. My friend asked to come so I called to make sure it was okay (due to covid) and when I called back the representative was rude and said my appointment wasn’t even schedule, when I scheduled it less than 5 minutes ago. When I went in for my appointment with Danielle, she wasn’t even in the office. There was a young man there that took us to the office, asked what we wanted to know and then gave us the package document. When I asked about what was included, he could barely speak on it (either new or nervous). But the tour was literally here’s the room, we have a few machines and here’s the bathroom. For the same exact prices I could have signed up for LA Fitness with more room and machines. If you are looking for a more hands off experience and a couple machines this may be for you. But otherwise the experience was horrible, customer service was rude or uninformed (which is scary when you are using equipment in a gym) and not worth the price.

Accessible and kept up to date. A lot of the machines are on the newer side and it's rare if you see one out of order or unkept. Gym space is on the smaller side, but there is a variety of machines and weights everyone can use. There is a separate room that can be used for classes or more of a private workout which is a nice touch. Management is new and he seems to be on top of things. So far I've enjoyed coming to this gym compared to other locations and other gyms as a whole.

Nice small facility but I have to give this place only 2 stars because of their ridiculous pricing! The gym literally doesnt have a sauna, no pools, no locker rooms, no basketball courts or anything but the minimum membership price is $45 monthly. Also, their memberships come with 24 month contracts so someone like me who was only gonna be in town for 2 months, would have to pay another $100 just to cancel. Was looking forward to joining this but they offer the least amount of amenities to guests but charge the most, cant do it. Hailey was helpful though.

I love coming here - clean, quiet, and almost never have to wait for equipment. It is a small gym, and there really aren't amenities such as towel service, but it has everything I need/want in a gym. Only "complaint" would be overall size, there are only two showers (for everyone) and if membership goes up much, space is pretty limited. Otherwise, perfect for me right now, plus Anytime memberships are "all club" so you can always go to another one if you need to!
