I checked this place out and it’s basically another Mcdojo style gym that only offers structured classes for beginners. Theres no open gym hours and they are over-charging. Serious fighters wouldnt train here. 👎Serious fighters dont come to the gym for the AC or the bathrooms.Theres no such thing as an intermediate boxer either you are a beginner or you are not. If you need to take a class in order to train you are a beginner.Open sparring once a week to beatup your beginners? No thanx. Serious fighters workout daily and are not going to take your dinky structured classes. Shadowboxing in place with 30 other students taking instruction from an 18 yearold who has been alive less time than iv been training dosnt help me or other serious fighters.Real boxing gyms have reasonable monthly fees and open gym hours when fighters can come into the gym and train on their own. What hes charging for is location because iv been boxing my entire life and boxing gym fees has never been this high. Plenty of gyms in the city have reasonable fees and beginners will actually learn how to fight. This is not a real gym it is a MCDOJO joke. Its for milktoast professionals and weekend warriors to dabble and feel like they have accomplished something but in reality they would be destroyed in any type of real fight.Like someone else has already said, this gym is for taking instagram pictures thats about it because you are not actually going to learn anything here.

I have been coming to this gym for about six months for Muay Thai and Boxing, and my experience has been nothing but phenomenal. All the coaches that I have had the pleasure to interact with (George, Victor, Abeer, Xavier, and Joe) are truly dedicated to the craft and work exceptionally well with students of all levels, from novices to experts. The coaches will spend extra time after class to share advice and instruction without hesitation. The environment is friendly and welcoming. The facility is spacious and clean. The price is very reasonable. There is a wide array of classes from striking to grappling for all age groups and skill levels. The classes are strategically divided based on experience and competence into "beginner," "intermediate," and "advanced." Accordingly, no one is thrown into the deep end or alternatively left unsatisfied and underwhelmed. You may occasionally bump into the stereotypical meathead who is rough and trying to prove a point, but that's normal in any gym.The highlight for me personally is how considerate George is of my religious practices, always accommodating my unique circumstance and never putting me in an uncomfortable situation. He (and the other coaches) is evidently concerned with the growth of each student, consistently pointing out subtle flaws and putting on each student's plate only what they are physically capable of -- all the while allowing them to gradually progress. It has only been a few months, but I can safely say that I've come a long way and hope to continue improving. I definitely recommend anyone interested to come and try out a class.

I trained kickboxing/Muay Thai back in 2016 at George's. The location was great, and the instruction was amazing. The facility was clean, had a good number of bags, a ring, etc. One of the best places I've been to and I've trained in 3 different states and dozens of places, highly recommended.

My experience was terrible!!!! I was never coached and left in beginners class for 8 months. I had little skinny guys holding the pads who could barely stand still. I am a former athlete so there is no reason that I should have been stuck at a beginners level. I signup for a year contract and George (the owner) used that against me, because no matter what he was get a guaranteed 12 payments. I also paid a down payment. For what? who knows... There isn't any sizable fighter at this gym what so ever. All its good for is an IG pic/post if anything.

This will be my fourth month training at this place. I highly recommend this gym! I’ve lost 10 lbs in three weeks just from training at this place three times a week. Love the way how the instructors focuses on the fundamentals and work with you one step at a time. The head coach here is very honest, knowledgeable, respectful, and most importantly cares for his students. Experienced fighters here at the gym are very friendly and supportive. I’ve haven’t seen any cocky ones yet at the gym, which is good. Great place, awesome atmosphere, very clean and good staffs.

From the very first practice George and the rest of the coaches made me feel welcome! They pay attention to the detail and structure out each class so that regardless of age or experience each person is being challenged. Fun environment for both people looking for a fun way to exercise and for those looking to compete in combat sports, HIGHLY RECCOMMEND

I took boxing classes here for 7 months and plan to come back. The instructors are knowledgeable, and can break down the movements to an elementary level, making it easy for all to understand. I walk around with more confidence now that I'm in better shape and know how to throw a punch. One thing I think that could improve the gym is adding soundproofing acoustic studio foam to the walls. It can be hard to decipher what the trainers say sometimes due to echo and reverb.

I trained at George’s gym when i used to live in Irving. In fact, it was where i started my martial arts journey.I visit the DFW area about 1-2 times a year and I always make sure to stop by and train here. The community is great, and George creates a welcoming environment when i visit. Most of the people who train with George often become students of his for life, and i can see why! Great coaching, and he teaches practical knowledge of martial arts.

This place is great! There is a reason why the reviews are so high here.I completed my 9th class today and I definitely love this. I bought gear to help get my head in the right place each time I go in. It helps.I am still new but I am getting better every time I train. My confidence is through the roof. Thanks!
