I have registered for my first class and when I went there, to my surprise I was told that my name is on the list. I showed them my booking on the app, they said can't do anything about it because the class is full already. It was my birthday and I was so desperate but ended up being so disappointed.

Coach Dana did a great job today. I learned a lot about "Endurance" days. I burned 46 splat point and not once did I think about giving up. Thank you Orange Theory fitness you are just what i need.

All workout levels can enjoy the workout and the coaches are super supportive. You don’t feel intimidated or out of place. An hour is just enough time to get a really good workout instead of spending hours at a gym.

I go to OTF Las Co at least 5 times a week. The studio is always clean, staff and coaches always helpful and friendly. I cant recommend it enough! If you're thinking about starting OTF... DO IT! It's not scary, intimidating, or judgmental. You go at your own pace. You're coached closely and thoroughly as an individual, even thought it's a class setting. I've been an unlimited member for over a year, and don't plan on stopping any time soon.

I started OTF back in 2017 November in Boston and continued after moving to Dallas. The instructors are passionate, knowledgeable and highly professional. They make workout fun and challenging. It’s not monotonous fortunately. Love those diverse workout combinations. I feel much stronger now. OTF has what you’re looking for.

Very disappointed of the manager Syeda and her attitude. Very unprofessional, always on her cell phone, and has never greeted me or my husband the way she does other members. I'm ready to cancel our membership because of the manager's lack of positive attitude and efficiency skills. I never received a confirmation email about freezing my account until I called to confirm. Eager to transfer to another studio.

This studio is great! Always clean, the staff are nice, and the coaches are great! The classes do fill up fast, but they have been adding more times and more 3G workouts to accommodate more members.

It is everything in 1 hour. Every workout is different so I don’t get bored. The coaches keep me motivated. OTF is for any fitness level. The HR Monitor keeps me honest about my effort. I am seeing such an improvement in my fitness level

I have attended classes with multiple coaches and all were very nice and welcoming! I love the group fitness aspect as well as the coaches comments (wether it’s corrections or praise). OTF definitely beats working out at the gym by yourself.

Ok, time to give a REAL review. The workouts are incredible! You feel great during and after your workout. Trainers are encouraging a truly make your workout feel personable. HOWEVER, for the price point you're not getting much. For 8 classes a month, roughly 2 classes a week you are paying about $100. Lets be real, you aren't getting much for your money if you can only go 2x a week. The next level up from that is unlimited for about $160 a month. 160 a month! mind you, this location is so busy you have to schedule/book your sessions a month in advance! Especially if you are going prime time after work. My main thing is there are no amenities. I'm paying $160 and you can't even provide courtesy towels? Fruit or some sort of snack on some days? You can pay less for other cycle clubs or gyms and get wayyy more bang for your buck. Good workout, but not worth the money
