First of all this two stars it’s not for the facility. The place it clean and great but it’s for a rude and Miss respectful person in the front desk she is a young, hispanic lady. I didn’t got her name but she was on 8/30 in the evening. She didn’t talk she yell across the counter. She could’ve told me nice way and not Raise her voice. She Threaten me to call the cops. I feel those people should not be in the counter they should fired them because that is races. I feel sorry for her because her mother didn’t educate her well or maybe she did. I feel they deserve a 2 rate

I have mixed emotions about this facility. I went to get information to join, and the young gentleman helped me by giving me pricing on a sheet with three choices. I just moved to Texas a couple of months ago, and I'm waiting for my ID and driver's license to come in. I had to surrender my old driver's license to get the new one. He said a photo ID like a library card or something expired would work. I had my old passport, and he said that was fine. I came in two days later with the paperwork, including the quotation of the membership fees. A new female salesperson helped me sign up with the quotation that I had in hand. It was handwritten with the prices and the date that it was good until. However, she then brought out another price and changed it, saying that it's not the price now. It was clearly a week before the expiration date handwritten on the membership prices. She told me that the daily rate changes every single day and that this is the new price today. I'm not really sure how this type of business works when you give someone a handwritten quote with the prices and then change it a week prior to the expiration date on the price quoted. This is a classic bait and switch, and it's completely intolerable and very poor business. The facility itself seems to be very clean with quality equipment and amenities. However, I clearly walked out frustrated and probably will never sign up with this facility.

Somebody wrote:"They let homeless people get memberships here. They use the equipment, shower rooms and toilets. 🤢"It they paid Membership, I don't see any problemo. Unless they broke any rule, prohibition, etc.Sometimes shovers need more attention! To many crews, 'in reunion or meeting ', ( behind front desk) Young crews don't know nothing, specially young ladies. They're talking each other and don't care about the questions that members doing! 🤔Manager fix what you can. I'm a BlackCard Member for several years! PF my favorite place! 🤗

06/28/2023Music in gym, locker rooms and black card/spa area is way too loud. You have to yell to talk over the loud music. Definitely not relaxing when you are trying to use the massage chairs or tanning, and the music is blaring away loudly!

Good gym if you want to do strictly cardio and basic weightlifting routine. You can’t do free weights barbell bench press, shoulder press, or squats (the more advanced stuff), but that’s all planet fitness locations. For the price, the gym overall is pretty good value. The gym is usually clean and well maintained. Monday to Thursday it is usually packed in evenings, but otherwise not so bad. Used to be 24/7 but not anymore since attendance is Down. Staff and members always nice folk.

This is a smaller location that still has everything you need. Less busier and very nice staff makes it my favorite location!
