I wanted to take up Pilates but didn't want to go to a "chain" or where there were large groups. I found this place by accident and decided to give it a try. Best decision ever!! I just completed my 4th week and am loving it!! Sylvia is very patient and great with helping you with the correct form. I am already feeling and looking better : )
