Great gym atmosphere! Plenty of great changes being made including new equipment and updated interior and exterior. Logan a personal trainer there has helped me with plenty of fitness goals

This gym has been a big part of our family for the last 10 years. Always have enjoyed the members and past owners. The new owners have went above and beyond to make it 1st class with as little interference as possible while upgrades were made. New equipment throughout has made it top notch.

This is hands down the best gym on the Northside and the convenience of two location makes it even better. They easily have the best personal trainers to give you your ideal body. The transformation I’ve seen as early as 3 months after I started training with Jay was amazing. The atmosphere is friendly and everyone is hyped and ready to pump you up when you’re going for a PR lift. I love the layout of the Main Street location and the fact that I have access to both.

First time coming to this gym and Logan helped me out and got me on a workout plan, very personable and really took care of me. Super nice gym if you need somewhere in oceanway to work out i would recommend this spot 10 times out of 10
