I've been coming here for a few years now. Love that it's open 24/7. It gets crowded during evening hours like every gym in the world does when people get off work. I saw another review saying it's never staffed which is simply not true. Their hours say they have someone til 6pm but I have even seen their staff still there later until 7 and 8pm some nights. I have also seen the cleaning guy who comes around midnight or 1am. This gym has a lot of good equipment and I have no complaints

The 24/7 access works well with my schedule providing there is a cap on membership which I doubt there (Greed) is as it’s super busy now even at 5:45AM. Customer service is non-existent as it’s a franchise and nonregulated. They expect it to run itself during the day by having no one on-site. (Normal expectations are 8-5, M-F) It is understandable if no one is onsite at night. (after 5pm) Regarding the quality of the people that have memberships, the attached pictures are from this AM. Some guy dripped with sweat all over the equipment and did not bother wiping it down. The equipment instrument face was drenched and you can see the drips in the green circles and puddles on the floor. See both pictures. very gross!!!

Best gym I've ever been a part of. Perfectly laid out and everyone is so kind/courteous. "The dungeon" in the back is super cool! Staff is great and location is amazing.

Always clean, and always smells good. The main reason I signed up is because it's open 24/7 so if I can't make it to my other gym, I go here. The owner is very nice and called me the day after I signed up to get me my ID badge (I signed up at like 3 AM lol).

To be honest, the gym itself and the concept are very outstanding. However, they have TERRIBLE customer service, it took me 3 days in a row (excluding the hurricane days), to call, leave voice messages, and email for getting information about the memberships. On top of that when I got a call back is a guy with a really bad attitude. I asked him if I can get the information emailed and he says no because he is giving it away over the phone.

10/10 gym- good gym culture and great equipment. Its a healthy mix of people who are working out to get lean and those who already have a good physique. As someone who has been a member at several gyms this one is probably my favorite. Doesn't feel corporate and doesn't feel like some dudes garage its a great place!
