The place is good. The only downside to this is that they have less equipment and hence the gym becomes more crowded

Assistant manager will hang up on you or randomly place you on hold without notice.I was charged a maintenance fee on January 2023, however my membership was cancelled on November 2022. Blink assistant manager said it wasn’t a maintenance fee but instead some old balance that was due!!! 😂😂 okay I HOPE MY EXPERIENCE HELPS OTHERS. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.

The most disgusting gym in all of the US.Wry bold statement but valid.Multiple health and safety violations at this gym.Bathrooms are all broken and pee all over the floor, disgusting smell of course.Broken gym equipment including heavy equipment posing a serious threat to one’s safety. The only reason they are surviving as they don’t have any gym in the vicinity.PLEASE AVOID.Also reporting to the concerned local health and safety departments.

This gym is disgusting bathroom is always dirty tissue on the floor urine on the floor dust everywhere even on the machines and machines are always broken I don’t understand why they have a big staff standing in the front desk doing nothing if I was manager to this gym everyone will be working not just standing milking time and our maintenance fee this manager doesn’t know what she’s doing apparently she’s ok how the gym looks cause all she does is sits in her office all day

I’m fairly new to the gym life. However blink fitness accepted me as I was their family. The staff is amazing. Specifically this one fella Johnny. I will never be able to repay him. I was bench pressing and couldn’t get the weight back up. I ended up passing out and almost met god. Johnny sensed something was wrong telepathically picked the weight off of me. He then performed open heart surgery on me in the locker room to bring me back to life. Thank you for your service Johnny.

It's convenient for sure if you live in the area but damn it is literally always overcrowded, especially when it comes to free weights, squat racks, and bench presses. Like I understand after the pandemic this is the only option in the neighborhood but sheesh it makes it impossible to get a good workout in. Always packs of 5+ people on the racks. I sometimes find myself having to go to the other Blink locations in the city if I want to get my compound lifts in.That being said the price is good, the staff are nice, and the location is convenient

I recently visited the Blink Fitness location in Journal Square and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The gym was overrun with homeless individuals, creating an unsanitary and unpleasant environment. The smell was overwhelming and made it difficult to focus on my workout. Additionally, the equipment seemed old and poorly maintained. I would not recommend this gym to anyone and suggest finding a different fitness facility in the area. It's clear that the management of this location does not prioritize the comfort and safety of their paying members. It's more like a homeless shelter, not a fitness center. At the end of the day, they should just rename it Bangalore Fitness. This is the first place in JC that I would recommend wearing a mask.

This is possibly the worst gym I’ve ever been too . The gym is absolutely disgusting , i don’t think anyone actually works there I just walked in no questions asked . You’ll be waiting 30 min for a machine and a bench . I feel sorry for anyone who pays for this gym . Do yourself a favor and never come here .

I just registered here. The training and shower areas are clean. The machines need to be rearranged. When working a muscle group, I have to go and back between two floors. Although there are enough machines, there are still a few machines.

I really want to like this gym location as it’s only less than ten minutes from my apartment. Unfortunately, I just can’t, in good conscience, be a part of a location that isn’t clean across the board, equipment is all over the place, and most machines or equipment are being utilized no matter what part of the day it is. Very disappointing. I will say when Covid rules were in place and strictly enforced, this location was so much cleaner and less crowded. However, since the Covid rules have relaxed, so has cleaning and gym etiquette. Very un-motivating to work out given all these factors.I will say the front desk staff is really nice when I had questions I needed answered.I will continue to utilize this gym because of the privilege of bringing a guest (who’s my trainer or anyone else). However, the 30th Street location in Manhattan and the Linden, NJ Blink are so much more inviting and cleaner. Additionally, because of their size, equipment is freer and more abundant. So, I’ll be working out in either of these locations instead.Very sad and disappointing that I have to either drive or commute farther to get a good workout in another Blink (sometimes in another state) because my local Blink isn’t clean, lacks the proper equipment, is highly disorganized, and has members (mainly the high school/community college members) that have absolutely no gym etiquette or awareness.
