Reclaim is by far my favorite gym I've ever been a member of. Front desk staff is awesome and welcoming which is a good bonus to starting a workout. The gym itself is very clean and brightly lit (plenty of windows) which personally I like. All of the equipment is in good condition and it's very fairly priced (even with the child care package).

My mom takes me here once in a while, and every experience I’ve had here is enjoyable although I don’t get to exercise there for as long as I want to each time I’m there because my mom takes me home after a half hour.

The staff is friendly, the equipment could use maintenance, overall the other guests are mostly courteous. For the price and location it's overall a good experience.

I was always leary about going to a gym, I didn't want people "looking at me" but you don't feel that here. Very nice staff and clean.

Reclaim Fitness is a great place to kill an hour. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and the equipment is well maintained. Need a trainer? Reclaim Fitness has the best trainers.

I love the classes & private training! However, my biggest judgment in fitness centers is cleanliness. The woman's locker room is disgusting! I was there during the evening and there was toilet paper all over the floor and smelled of urine!! The very next morning the facilities we're in the same if not more disturbing condition. PLEASE CLEAN THE LOCKERROOMS!!
