I've been with Reclaim for about 2 years now and I absolutely love it. The staff are always friendly and willing to chat. They have plenty of machines and equipment and a lot of classes. You really can't beat the quality of the gym for the price!

Feb-21-2014 was when I signed up at Charter Fitness of New Lenox, because at the time I lived in New Lenox. Still, I purchased the Charter Fitness Circle, because I enjoyed the option of using any Charter Fitness facility. However, on yesterday 09-12-2016 I discovered via the Shorewood, IL Charter Fitness location that is no longer the case based on a couple of law suits I knew nothing about. and that Reclaim Fitness and Charter Fitness are now two different entities. I only found this out upon scanning my Chart Fitness Circle key chain (which I'm billed for monthly) and the employee telling me my scan didn't take. I was told I'd have to cancel with the now separate entity Reclaim fitness in New Lenox, and then sign back up again with Charter Fitness. Needless to say I've took my business elsewhere. Also, the only way to cancel it is in person or certified mail. What a hassle unlike when they withdraw their fee every month. What a ripoff this place changes their name every few years it seems.

I truly love ReClaim Fitness! The staff are really courteous and helpful. The health club facility is big enough for the exercise needs, yet comfortable enough to feel good about the experience.

I joined ReClaim last March 2016. I have lost a total of 30 lbs and countless inches off my body in the past 5 months. The Les Mills classes are the best for getting that body you have always wanted. Hi would highly recommend ReClaim as your gym. Staff is very friendly and always makes you feel welcomed..

I've been an active member of Re/Claim Fitness since it opened as Cardinal 13 years ago. A few years ago I started attending the group classes, and now attend every class I can. The excellent instructors talk you through each move, every muscle group is worked., modifications demonstrated. I've seen improvement in my flexibility, range of motion, balance, stamina and strength. BTW, I'm an arthritic senior with a "Silver Sneakers" card, making me eligible for a free membership at LA Fitness, but I choose Re/Claim.

This gym has changed names 2x since we joined. It has been 10 years since we moved. I called and requested the membership be cancelled and was told by a "Gary" that we need to come in to cancel or send a certified letter. Can they make you jump through any more hoops? But they sure pull their money out easy enough.

This gym is perfect for someone who wants a smaller gym with all the basic equipment. There's no pool, sauna, or any of the bells and whistles you get at LA Fitness, but this gym has what matters. The staff is very friendly and offers free memberships to military members, which is very much appreciated.

One of the best gyms I've been to in the area. I frequented this location many times when the gym was still branded as "Charter Fitness." Since then the gym has separated itself from the Charter name and taken on the new brand of Re|Claim. Regardless, the gym is still the same - unchanged and an awesome place for all your fitness needs.

They will not cancel and continue billing your catd. The customer service is unresponsive and will continue to bill your card after cancellation. Do not trust this company. I have called to cancel 8 times and i am continue to be billed.
