I really like that ReClaim Fitness went 24 hours with the new owner. It is so much more convenient for me to go late in the evening. If I need to use the massage bed I can without finding someone to give me access. There are plenty of towels and spray to wipe machines down. The staff that I have talked with have been helpful. The overall cleanliness and lighting are great. Very positive improvements overall! My only complaint is still the same that I have had for several years. The music is TOO loud especially when the staff isn't there. Most people wear headphones but it is pounding over the audio on my headphones. My husband and I have asked many times in the past to turn it down so it is subtle background music. This is my time to focus and concentrate on myself. It is hard when I have that bass pounding in the background all time.

I have been coming to this gym for close to a decade now and have never been to a more friendly gym…the front desk ladies (Alyssa and Mel) always greet me with a smile and ask me how my day is…the equipment is always clean and ready to use and the Manager Gary very professional and on top of his game…the water is also always cold and refreshing during and after the lift! Would not recommend any other gym besides this one!

I’ve been working out here for almost 2 years now. The environment is great and healthy. Everything is clean and new as well. Great place for beginners or seasoned lifters. Plenty of machines and free weights so you can really lift in any style you want. There is ALWAYS enough cardio machines too (treadmills, stairs, etc). Wouldn’t wanna lift anywhere else!!! (Open 24 hours too which is amazing)

Gary is the nicest most wonderful person my husband and I have ever met. He treated us like royalty when we went to check out the gym. He took the time to show us around, talk to us to get to know us, and we didn’t feel rushed or like he was too busy for us by any means, it was quite the contrary. The gym is doing a toy drive right now for Christmas and they do great things for the commujtyy and it just has a great family feel. They love military and we’ve honestly have never been treated so well in our lives. Thank you so much :)

Cancellation policy ridiculous. They can auto-bill you every month via their website, but for some odd reason you sure can't cancel online. You have to go in and personally fill out paperwork, then they kick you in the rear on the way out by charging you for the month after you cancel because they "require 30 days notice" for cancellation. Squeezing every dime out of the customer at every turn.

Like the staff always there to help if you need it, they keep the gym clean constantly and takes good care of it and you don’t have to worry about how you look because we are all just trying to reach that goal and that’s the vibe I get when I come in

Hate to give such a low rating as the gym and people are amazing but this is related to their app RCF. It's probably one of the worst apps every written and support is non existent. My guess is it's either off-shored or they had some High School students write it. I have led App Development teams and have some extended knowledge on this subject.
