9Round fitness did a self defense class with our school organization and it was amazing! It was a great workout and the entire team is so nice and welcoming. Would 100% recommend!

Had an awesome workout with Rashad this morning. I am new to boxing but he helped me with the basics and the class was difficult but fun. Highly recommend this to anyone needing a quick but great workout!

I was very impressed by this location of 9 round! Rashad, the owner, was high energy and made the stations tough but fun. What a workout it was too, left the placed drenched! I love that they do the 1:1 boxing during the workout too. The members there were great. Location was clean. Highly recommend trying this location out. You can tell that Rashad loves what he does!

We visited for a session and it was so fun! The trainers were super kind, funny, and outgoing. They were playing music and constantly encouraging us throughout the workouts. I felt pushed to my limits while doing a variety of exercises. Great place to workout!!!

I planned a school event with Rashad that was really successful! Around 30 people came to the facility, and they managed to organize a fun and challenging workout for all of us. His team was incredibly accommodating and made the workout that much more enjoyable. 9 Round is such an amazing way to fit in a rewarding workout with a unique experience. I loved it and I will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much!

This is definitely one of the best gyms that I’ve been to! The trainers are amazing and very patient, taking their time to show you what to do each round but also ensuring that you’re doing it right! Not only that but if you don’t understand or there’s an exercise that’s a little difficult they will adjust it and show you another way! 10/10 would recommend💜🖤
