Very clan gym with friendly members with knowledge and awesome coaches. Highly recommended this gym. They do an excellent job at welcoming all fitness levels and making everyone feel comfortable.

Dropped into this box for two workouts. Change Now was everything I would hope every CF gym to be: inclusive and welcoming environment, great coaching, several schedule options, well equipped, fast communication, super clean, well thought out layout. Wish I had a reason to come back to KC sooner!

I got back into working out and hitting the gym in my 30s. Started with Orange Theory and after 10 months felt I needed to be challenged more as the same ol routine with Orange Theory made me get bored and limited my growth. When I started CrossFit and joined Change Now, it was exactly what I needed. Everyday is different and challenges you to your limits. I didn't realize how much strength I had in me ...it just needed to be surfaced. I couldn't have done it without this gym and it's coaches.

I’m very hesitant when it comes to joining a gym. I had little CrossFit experience but was ready to make a change for myself. I tried a class about 5 months ago with my boyfriend and I was hooked. The coaches scale everything to your ability and experience level. They are very good with focusing on form which is very important to me. Not only are they great coaches, they are great people outside of the gym. It truly feels like a family environment with no intimidation. I felt instantly comfortable and welcomed when I joined. I can feel myself getting stronger and stronger each week and it’s so rewarding. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Just try it, you’ll love it.

I joined Change Now CrossFit back in January ‘21. I was looking to establish a new routine and get back into shape. I have been welcomed into Change Now as if everyone has known me my entire life. It is a wonderful community to be a part of and I’m am seeing improvements in my mental and physical capacities. Page and Kerry are excellent to work with and I’m excited to continue my routine with them for the years to come!If you are someone who is hesitant about starting back up, come give CNCF a try. You’ll get a great workout and meet some pretty great people.

I love Chang Now! As a novice cross fit-er, this place is amazing. The coaches are amazing at working with new members, ensuring they have good form and technique, while working on getting stronger! I love this place and welcome experiences and new to the sport alike!!

You are not just joining a gym, but also a community. Kerry, Page, the staff and all the numbers are one big family! I’ve been doing CrossFit for 12 years and I can tell you, these guys have the heart of CrossFit. Changing lives through fitness and doing it as a community. Love it! Come join us!

I dropped in to the box and everyone was really friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell the owners are experienced crossfitters that put a lot of thought into the gym and the experience. I really enjoyed the two workouts I did when I was there so I would definitely recommend. Great floorplan and workout space too.
