It’s scary to try new things sometimes and I always thought lifting weights at a gym was intimidating. At Change Now Crossfit I immediately felt welcomed and part of the crew. Everyone is very supportive no matter what your level. I also expressed my fears of hurting myself but Coach Paige really focuses on safety and form. She also has a great talent for knowing how to safely progress the exercises and I love that I’m seeing improvements in just a few weeks. CrossFit is the total package working on strength, mobility and endurance. My favorite thing about joining CN CrossFit is that my focus has changed from losing weight and not being happy with where I am, to leaving every time proud of my strength and excited about my potential. I highly recommend giving this place a try. You will feel stronger, healthier and surprised at what you can do!

Change Now CrossFit is an incredibly warm and welcoming place. At 58, I just started working out intensely, and Kerry and Page Burns have encouraged me at every step, and helped me with many modifications.The gym is clean and well-equipped, and the folks who work out are serious and deeply encouraging. I highly recommend!
