The trainers exhibit a high level of professionalism and expertise. Their workouts are tailored for each client to meet their individual needs in physical fitness. They push and encourage clients to continually improve but do not over reach or become overly aggressive to cause injuries or burn out. They are exceptional.

I've had around 40 sessions now with Brian on a 3x per week schedule. He has me working hard on my core and I'm seeing good results. A particularly weak knee used to pop all the time when stressed. The popping is almost completely gone - just every now and then. Good sets of excercises with cardio in between have me feeling much more fit. AND, as a massage therapist, he finishes each of my sessions with a great stretch - a nice way to finish.

I look forward to my Wednesday morning training sessions with Dustin Taber. He is always positive and enthusiastic and brings wealth of knowledge to the workout. Over the course of my 2 years with Dustin I have increased my strength, flexibility and balance, in addition to recovering from some knee surgery. Dustin pushes me just enough and makes me feel like I am making progress. I feel very fortunate to be working with Dustin and Front Door Fitness.

Love Front Door Fitness as everyone that works there is caring and want to help. I personally train with Amanda, and she is fantastic. Always accommodating in the event of schedule changes. She is very alert and will adapt exercises to ensure I don't get injured or aggravate any condition. Their whole staff is wonderful! Highly recommend!!

I have been using front door fitness for training for 2 ½ years now - and have seen significant improvement in flexibility, range of motion and strength. My trainer, Brian has been fantastic to work with, keeping my routine new and different throughout these 2 years. I could not have gotten the same results on my own. I have been very pleased, and would recommend them highly.

I've been working with Front Door Fitness for over 3 years and they do a great job in keeping workouts interesting, motivating and very specific to my goals and schedule. I believe all their trainers take a personal interest in your health and well being. They recruit educated, high caliber trainers with integrity. They have your health, fitness and I feel they really care about me!I've worked out at other gyms and with other trainers. I have never had the personal experience I get with Front Door Fitness.Go for it!

I have had a wonderful experience with front door fitness! I had a great fitness assessment from Dustin to establish my baseline. Amanda was a wonderful help in the nutrician category. I even lost 8lbs on the cleanse! Stephanie has been my trainer, and has been awesome! She challenges me, pushes me to work hard, and supports me along the way. Overall, a polished organization!

I have Amber Rich as a trainer and I have had a great experience so far. She has taken the time to get to know me and always gives me a great workout and things I can do when I'm not training with her. She motivates and encourages me while I'm there and she has been a great fit for me. I am totally confident I will reach my fitness goals and I hope to be a long-term client of hers. All of the other staff I have met have been really friendly and helpful. I am glad I chose FDF.

I had the pleasure of training with Dustin T. and he was fantastic. For years I had struggled with a nagging back injury and thought I would never be able to lift weights on a regular basis again. Dustin helped me strengthen my core again and showed me new ways to stretch before and after my workout. The best part was that he actually came to my office to do the workouts! Since that time, I have had no back issues and continue to lift weights 5-6 days a week. If I would not have moved out of state I would still be using Dustin and Front Door Fitness.
