Metro KC Fitness - Briarcliff

I highly recommend Shane Koehler for anyone looking for personal training at Metro KC. I have been training with Shane for about 4 months and he has been nothing but a pleasure to work with. He takes the time to teach me about routines and proper form so that I feel more confident on days I am training by myself. Whatever your fitness goals are, Shane definitely knows how to help you achieve them.

I love coming here because of the amazing environment and people here. Jeremy is a great trainer and an easy person to talk too!

Love to go to the Briarcliff location, very clean, they don’t have as many machines because is a small building but the ones they have will do it for your workout.

I’ve been here a little over a year and love the experience. It’s a basic gym, not a lot of frills. Lockers, shower (gender neutral, male, female), restrooms, weights, treadmill, rowing machine, weight machines… you can set most things up over the phone. They have a fob key entry but it now allows you to use an app on your phone to gain entrance. They have staffed hours but it’s a 24 hour gym. The price point is on point. Best value for your money. It is not the cheapest gym, but it is affordable and 24 hour.

Great gym at a great price! I thought it would be too small, but there is plenty space to do any activity you need to! The staff is super friendly and accommodating. It is very clean and well kept, too. I would definitely recommend joining, no matter what level of training you are at!
