Metro KC Fitness - Briarcliff

The convenience factor is what initially sold me on Metro Fitness at Briarcliff, but once I joined I really appreciated how clean the facility is and it's the perfect location for me. The staff is also very friendly and helpful if you need to kick up your fitness goals a notch or two.

Been waiting for this gym to open, there's a good amount of equipment and good atmosphere in there, the two minute walk over there is great. The showers are kept clean they are rather roomie, overall happy to be a member 🙂 …

I really love this gym and how small it is. The atmosphere is AMAZING and everyone minds their business. I especially appreciate Jermey and how helpful he is!

I love that Gym, it's always clean and guests are always friendly my personal trainer Shane was the best with me he always took the time, and extra time, to help me out on my beginning journey to a healthy body.I recommend this to anyone even if they have to travel a bit to get there.

I’m still pretty new to Metro KC Fitness, but I am loving it so far! Great space, friendly staff, clean, and has all the equipment I need. I also love that it’s 24 hours - very helpful to accommodate my chaotic schedule!

For me it’s 5 stars just because it has your gym essentials to get a good workout. It is a fairly smaller gym but has cardio, different weight training machines, and free weights as well. They have a smaller studio to get some classes done or stretching. But overall it’s a gym that has what you would need to start your workout journey. Plus it helps that it’s 24hr and the membership isn’t too bad. Definitely worth it if you’re trying to save and still have a good gym.

So far so good. I’m a week in and have no complaints. As others said, it is a smaller space. If you go at the right times, however, there is pretty minimal traffic. I go earlier in the morning before work and have not experienced any frustrations! Gym is kept looking nice and organized.

Absolutely love this gym! The community of people that go to the gym are awesome! Jeremy does a great job right when you walk in he always makes it a habit to say something no matter what he doing!

Great, small place to workout, the gym is really clean, the staff are awesome, and monthly subscription is really really affordable, and you get access to the three locations they have for the same low monthly subscription.thanks Metro KC for being AWESOME.

Great management and a nice local feel without any workout pressure! Love this neighborhood gym and they have another great gym in downtown KC!
