Great place! Plenty of quality equipment. I was very pleased to find some CrossFit equipment, a must have for my workouts. A clean facility, the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The people are also friendly. Diggin this gym!

Strawberry hill location is a great location, but Metro KC has been a great space for me to get my workout in even though I’ve only been twice! I love it!

So far I’ve been really enjoying everything about this gym! For it being as small as it is, it has every piece of equipment you could ever need. I do wish the machines were slightly further apart because when it’s busy it’s hard to get around.

The place is just something really special and it's a gym 😂 Never thought I would say that ! If you feel intimated by the gym but also don't want to do another membership at Planet fitness, this is the place to go. They have super cute artwork, staff is super helpful they actually care about fitness and you. The machines are easy enough to use. They have a separate room near the bathrooms that are perfect if you need a lil more privacy. Healthy recipes gets displayed on the projector. It's just super nice to have something like this near by in a neighborhood like your own. Our area is finally coming up and it's thanks to Metro KC Fitness.Also the cute Cafe "Kinship Cafe" near them you get 10% off on drinks, so hit them up too 💕

I was skeptical about joining a gym in the beginning but since I've joined it's been quite a surprise the people are nice the staff is nice the equipment is clean and the area is clean I enjoy it so far
