The KC metro fitness gyms are amazing with the strawberry hill area being the best and vibiest location. Quality for price ratio makes metro a no brainer. The staff is incredible. I had knee pain for years and one session with this guy and it’s gone.Matt W truly is a mastermind. He just keeps building better and better gyms.I’ve lived in Kc for 24 years now and Metro fitness is hands down one of the best thing to happen to this community.As an added bonus, most of the staff is bilingual.

I love this gym! I just joined recently and it's so welcoming! The gym is well stocked with dumbbells, weight machines, and treads. Even when it's crowded, I have no issue finding open equipment. Love it!

Awesome place! I've been training street workout for a long period of time but took a long break that made me lose shape. Changing my training style wasn't hard, I asked a friend to give me a routine and when I have doubts on anything the staff are really cool people, they've been answering my questions and are really helpful. Love the atmosphere, pretty good machines and nice personnel, this place is awesome. Definitely recommend it!

I travel a ton for work, easily my favorite gym that I've ever worked out in. Just the right size, amount of people, and vibe. They have a very fair membership policy that allows for shorter than 12-month memberships with a clearly defined severance fee. Couldn't be happier with my choice for a mid-term gym. Perfect for working professionals!

I've recently joined KC Metro Fitness and I couldn't be more pleased. The gym is awesome! The staff is so friendly and welcoming I feel like I've been a member for years. I like the convenience location & price but the equipment layout takes some getting used to (time to figure out). As with any gym seeing people who don't wipe down machines
