Yep it gives results backed by science. Nice intuitive metrics to measure your active minutes and set goals for your fitness. Nice workout routine. Inspiring and encouraging. But felt a little pricey and need a little more attention on new folks.

I absolutely love and recommend OTF Shawnee. The workouts are great and the staff is even more amazing. The trainers are so encouraging, positive and really care about their clients. The workouts are motivating and always different each time you go. The studio itself is always very clean and well taken care of. I love Orangetheory and if you are thinking about trying it out, wait no further!!

OTF Shawnee is amazing! The staff is super friendly and gets to know your face quickly, even with a mask on! The coaches are incredible too! They all are great at encouraging you and helping you achieve your goals, no matter your fitness level. I love my workouts there and am hooked!!!!!

My husband and I originally joined OTF before our wedding. But we have continued post wedding because of the variety of the workouts, fun music, and the Shawnee coaches who motivate and help you become better. It is an inclusive environment for all fitness levels.

I love Orangetheory Fitness Shawnee!! The staff is friendly and helpful and everyone knows your name. The coaches are encouraging and motivational. I've been going to Orangtheory Fitness Shawnee for over a year now, and I love the classes as they help me to push myself to work harder and to continue to improve my level of fitness!!
